Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident reporting, tracking, and resolution with timely documentation.
• Assist in risk assessments and analysis to identify safety and risk concerns.
• Prepare and maintain records of risk management activities, including reports and logs.
• Collaborate with department staff to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to risk management and compliance.
• Communicate risk management issues to leadership and support corrective action planning.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating risk management policies to align with standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain reliable attendance.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.
