Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Resource Pool in Virginia Beach. This role includes caring for patients in the Emergency Department and floating to IMC/Med Surg units as needed. Ideal candidates should have an ADN and at least 18 months of RN experience in a hospital setting. The position offers up to $15,000 in sign-on bonuses, providing a vital role within a Level III Trauma ED that sees approximately 150 patients daily.

Qualifications

• Virginia or compact multistate RN license in good standing.
• Min of 18 months RN experience in an IMCU or medical surgical unit.
• Experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ED team caring for patients in need of med/surg level care.
• Float to IMC/Med Surg units when necessary.
