UF Health Leesburg Hospital in Leesburg, FL is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a full-time, day shift role. This inpatient Med/Surg position offers a sign-on bonus and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a renowned regional health system.

Under the direction of the Director/charge nurse, you will use the nursing process to assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes. Florida RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and English proficiency are required.

Competenze

• Education: Associate's Degree.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Florida Registered Nurse License, BLS, ACLS.
• Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English; At least 3 years recent inpatient Med/Surg experience highly preferred.

• Use the nursing process to assess patients, develop diagnoses, formulate care plans, and implement and evaluate care.
• Provide patient care in an inpatient Med/Surg setting under the direction of the Director/charge nurse.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director/ charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.

Qualifications

Education: - Associate's Degree

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• - Florida Registered Nurse License

• - ACLS
