Job summary

UF Health Central Florida in Leesburg, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our patient‑centered care team. Under the direction of the Director/charge nurse, you will perform nursing assessments, identify diagnoses, and develop care plans based on individual patient needs.

You will implement and evaluate the plans of care, coordinate with the healthcare team, monitor patient progress, document thoroughly, and maintain the highest standards of safety and compassionate care.
