Providence Health Plan Group is seeking an RN Resident for Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA. This role offers a $12,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates and a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one.

The RN in progressive surgical unit will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support a smooth patient flow during a 36-hour work week on a full-time, variable shift.

Shift Available:

• Full Time, Variable Shift, 36 working hours weekly

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $41.74 - $82.41
