Providence Health & Services seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident for the Acute Care Unit on 3OP at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. You will provide patient-centered care, collaborating with the care team to deliver world-class health with compassion and human connection.

This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with a variable shift, and requires BLS, WA RN license, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. New graduates within 12 months may be considered.

Shift Details: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Variable shift

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range:

$41.74 - $82.41
