Texas Health Resources in Plano invites new graduate RNs to apply for the Graduate Nurse Residency Program in Surgery. The 15‑month program combines guided clinical experience with instructor‑led curriculum, mentoring, debriefing and 360-degree evaluations on your home unit while rotating through other departments.

This full-time residency requires ADN (BSN preferred), recent graduation, Texas or Compact RN licensure, and BCLS certification before independent patient care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas or Compact State.
• BCLS certification required prior to providing independent patient care.
• Boards must be passed and results verified before start date.
