AdventHealth in Florida is seeking Registered Nurses to join our care teams across Medical/Surgical, PCUs, Critical Care and Emergency Department units. You will provide high-quality patient care on a night shift, on-site at our TavARES campus.

We require an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Florida RN license (or licensure forthcoming), and BLS. Opportunities include career development and comprehensive benefits from day one. New graduates may apply for November cohort openings on various units.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing from accredited school required (CCNE or ACEN preferred); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Must have less than one year of experience
• Must be graduating in the next year or have graduated within the past three years
• Current Florida RN license (may apply without license, but must have license prior to licensure deadline)
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Professional Resume.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN patient care on Medical/Surgical, PCU, Critical Care and Emergency Department units.
• Maintain up-to-date Florida RN license and BLS certification.
• Support patient families and document care accurately.
• Participate in unit-based team rounds and safety practices.
