Every day, you'll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You'll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for.

To succeed in this role, you'll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. • Evidence-based Practice (EBP) and Patient Care: Builds skills to utilize current evidence based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking and problem solving skills to provide holistic care to individuals across the lifespan and care continuum.
