Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking new graduates for an RN Residency Program designed to bridge from nursing student to practicing nurse. As a Magnet-designated facility, we emphasize mentorship, hands-on experience, and strong support from experienced nurses.

The program includes guided practice, a pathway to Michigan RN licensure, and a commitment to shared decision-making within a values-driven team. This full-time role offers day-one benefits and a structured transition to practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 600 clinical hours in an acute care setting.
• BSN Required; if not in a BSN program you must enroll into a program within 6 months of starting employment and complete within 4 years.
• Active Michigan RN license at the start of the cohort.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
