NGHS is seeking a capable RN for a residency program designed to help new graduates transition into professional nursing. You will perform direct patient care, participate in interprofessional rounds, and engage in evidence-based practice within a supportive team.

The role emphasizes developing knowledge and skills with mentoring from experienced clinicians, contributing to unit quality initiatives, and promoting a culture of safety. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Educational requirements: ADN or Diploma.
• Minimum experience: At least 1 year of RN experience or demonstrated competence as RN I.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Lead on the care team and participate in rounds and quality initiatives.
• Mentor and support new graduate nurses and promote professional development.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to achieve clinical outcomes.
