Providence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at St. Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, AK. The program provides structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by preceptors.
Starts Feb 22, 2027 for new grads or nurses with up to 12 months of experience. Full-time, night shifts available with a $5,000 IP Rehab/High Acuity sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.
