Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Registered Nurse to support clinical research protocols, collaborate with physician investigators, and manage study documentation and patient recruitment. The role requires nursing licensure in Michigan, 3+ years of nursing experience, and preferred clinical research exposure.

This full-time position offers afternoon shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotations, along with a comprehensive benefits package. BSN is preferred for candidates.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Michigan.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
• One year of clinical research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing functions independently and with physician investigator to meet study objectives and comply with IRB and sponsor guidelines.
• Identifies and recruits patients into study protocols as needed.
• Provides educational and/or emotional support to patients enrolled in the study protocol.
• Manages study documentation and data collection; prepares and monitors budgets as needed.
• Supports physician investigators and other clinicians to facilitate project participation and compliance.
