Qualifications

• 1 year home health nursing experience in the past 5 years. Alternative: 1 year acute care Med/Surg, Tele, or ICU in last 5 years if staffing allows.
• Registered Nurse license: CA.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) is required within 30 days.
• Driver's license and auto insurance in CA.

Responsibilities

• Completes and submits documentation following established guidelines.
