Job summary

Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Renal/Medical unit. This is a Full Time Nights position on a 34-bed unit serving patients with renal disease and various medical diagnoses, supported by a collaborative nursing team from new graduates to seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
