Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago seeks an RN for the Rehabilitation Unit. The role involves applying the nursing process to plan and deliver patient care, while maintaining current practice standards and guiding fellow staff. Requires Active Illinois Nursing license, CPR, and possible ACLS/PALS/NRP depending on unit needs.

The position offers daytime hours, four days per week with every other weekend and rotating holidays, and includes the opportunity for professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least one year of experience as a staff nurse.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Communicates effectively and is able to guide and supervise nursing personnel.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required within six months depending on the unit requirements.

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Full Time (32 hrs/week)
• Hours: Days (7a-330p); Four days a week which includes every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Required Travel: May float to other inpatient units as needed
