About ThedaCare! Summary : The RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach to treatment, research, education, and advocacy. Contributes to the goals of the department by being accountable for the delivery of compassionate and safe care within the scope of practice as defined by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and ThedaCare policy. Through collaborative practice with members of the care team, is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high quality of care provided by ThedaCare. Furthers the professional practice of nursing at ThedaCare by promoting a culture of innovation and a commitment to growth and professional development.
Schedule: 12 hour DAY shift (6a-6p) Every 3rd weekend required (Friday-Sunday) 2-3 holidays required
Unit Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse/Patient Care Technician to join our specialized, 10 bed, inpatient rehabilitation unit. This is located within the ThedaCare Orthopedic Spine and Pain Hospital. We provide specialized care to patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic procedures, neurological conditions and other life altering trauma. You would be joining a collaborative unit that includes a team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and Physiatrists. This role focuses on providing high quality, patient-centered care. We are dedicated to helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.
