Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Assess data across psychological, physiological, sociocultural factors.
• Plan goals with the patient and multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and modify care plans with coordination and education.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient record.
