Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas in Arkansas is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and the training provided.

The RN will work with an interdisciplinary team, demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking, and adhere to departmental policies to achieve optimal patient outcomes across units.

Qualifications

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Practices as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• RN not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Healthcare CPR required; some areas may require ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS; training provided.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
