Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through eNLC.
• CPR certification required.
• Background clearances: Act 34, Act 33, Act 73, FBI fingerprinting.
• HIPAA/privacy policies compliance required.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Provide professional nursing leadership and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Supervise LPNs and delegate tasks appropriate to competency.
• Participate in departmental quality initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.
