Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for night-shift care, providing individualized nursing services using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care across the care continuum.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plans and coordinates care, conducts patient education, triage and nursing interventions.
