Job summary

Encompass Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for a rehab hospital role in Grove City, OH. You will provide individualized, compassionate care guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey and recovery while using advanced technology.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, supervise treatments, and support families throughout the patient’s healing path. This role emphasizes patient relations and community impact.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
