Job summary

Peabody Health and Rehab in Peabody, KS is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring clinical team. The position offers a competitive hourly rate up to $38.50, with sign-on bonus options and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide total resident care, monitor conditions, administer medications, oversee NAR staff, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering excellent service to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, monitoring their condition and needs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed; monitor for side effects and changes in condition.
