Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly in Beverly, MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehab team. You will participate in patient assessments, plan personalized care, and support recovery with evidence-based practices using advanced rehabilitation technology.

This role emphasizes teamwork with therapists and physicians, ongoing education, and opportunities to pursue certifications such as ACLS or CRRN.

Qualificações

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient milestones and victories as part of the recovery journey.
