Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team. You will supervise care, collaborate with multi-disciplinary staff, and support patients on their path to recovery using state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments and tailor care plans.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to coordinate care.
• Build relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and mentor staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
