Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Tennessee seeks a Quality Coordinator to lead coordination, implementation, and monitoring of core measure indicators in line with CMS guidelines. You will maintain policies, review changes, and ensure timely distribution across departments.

The role includes regulatory preparation for QRS and Joint Commission, data sharing for patient safety, and regular reporting to leadership and the CQPSO. A strong regulatory background is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee or compact state required.
• 5 years of clinical RN experience required.
• Regulatory background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, improve, and ensure compliance with core measure indicators per CMS guidelines.
• Maintain timely policies, procedures, and distribution; organize data flow between departments and committees.
• Prepare for surveys and coordinate regulatory readiness; report findings to leadership and CQPSO.
