Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team at 1320 Mahoning Ave NW, Warren, OH 44483. The agency-free facility offers a stable, in-house nursing staff and a supportive, team-oriented culture, with flexible full-time 12-hour shifts.

As an RN in our facility, you will oversee patient care plans, supervise STNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and resident well-being.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in long-term care and rehabilitation.
• Supervise and mentor STNAs to ensure daily resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and follow physician-prescribed care plans.
• Monitor residents' conditions, perform clinical assessments, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
