Job summary

UAB Medicine in Birmingham, AL is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care within Cardiology Specialists of Birmingham. The role includes coordinating care across disciplines and executing physician orders in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The nurse will implement care plans, monitor patient status, and assist with discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team. Alabama RN licensure and BLS certification are required, with travel to satellite offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date or transfer date.
