Job summary

Home, Hope and Healing is seeking a skilled RN to provide 1-on-1 in-home nursing for a child in the Farmington area. Shifts run Monday–Wednesday, 8a–12:30p and 4p–8p, with options for Per Diem or Full Time to fit your needs.

Our program offers strong training and ongoing support from regional Nurse Managers, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• 1 year of RN experience, or Preceptor Training Program for those with less than 1 year of clinical experience
• Successful passing of background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 nursing in the patient's home in the Farmington area
• Manage shifts including days, evenings, or nights with flexible per diem or full-time options
• Coordinate care with the family and Home, Hope and Healing team

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• 1 year of RN experience, or we offer a comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for all newly licensed nurses with less than 1 year of clinical experience
