Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows in Baraboo, WI is seeking a high‑caliber RN to serve as a clinical leader and advocate for residents. You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, perform comprehensive assessments, and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans while monitoring for changes in resident conditions.

We offer a $7,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time 2nd shift and $3,750 for part‑time, daily pay option, generous PTO, flexible scheduling, robust health/dental/vision and life insurance, plus ongoing

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• Geriatric or sub-acute care experience preferred.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor for changes in residents' conditions.
