Job summary

Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville in Pineville, NC is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time position in a LTAC setting. This opportunity offers meaningful care for high-acuity patients and a chance to join a dedicated healthcare team.

You will provide direct care, work with an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
