Responsibilities include direct nursing care for critically ill patients, coordinating care plans, medication administration, and patient/family education. Requires LA RN license, BLS, ACLS within 90 days; 1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in Louisiana or compact state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification or the ability to obtain ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork in a high-acuity environment.

• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
