Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time LTAC opportunity serving high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions.

You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, team-oriented care.
• Educate patients and families; advocate for long-term recovery.
