Job summary

Five Star Nursing is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high‑quality care in skilled nursing facilities, following physician plans under RN supervision. You will advocate for patients and educate families while earning competitive pay and enjoying flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications, recording histories and vital signs, and coordinating with CNAs and LPNs.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN license required.
• CPR certification accepted (BLS or ALS).
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.

• Take and record vital signs; collect lab samples.

RN/ Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Currently holds an active RN license to work in New York.
