Job summary

Fletcher Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Fletcher, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse for day and night shifts in a long‑term care setting. The RN will supervise staff, monitor resident health, and uphold safety and regulatory standards across the facility.

This is an on‑site role within our care center. Ideal candidates will hold an RN license and have LTC/SNF experience or a strong commitment to elderly care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current State License as an RN Registered Nurse.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and safeguard health, safety, and welfare of Residents.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

Summary/Objective
