Job summary

Manatee Memorial Hospital is part of Universal Health Services and is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem night shifts on the Priority Admissions Unit in Bradenton, FL. The RN will promote and provide safe, competent nursing care, communicating with physicians and the care team to support patient needs.

The role involves administering IVs and medications, as well as monitoring patient vital signs with standard medical equipment to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a long-standing

Qualifications

• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• 1-3 years of acute care experience.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• Current ACLS through American Heart Association.

The Registered Nurse promotes and provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Demonstrates professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient-centered nursing care. Communicates with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs, administering IV’s and medications to aid in patient health and using medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs.
