Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a patient-centered team focused on healing and independence. Weekend option available and care is delivered with compassion using advanced rehabilitation technology.

As an RN, you will supervise care, lead assessments, tailor plans, and collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate treatment. We value relationships with patients and families and support professional growth within a national leader

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license per state regulations.
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
