Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Rock Hill seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home health care. You will travel to a client’s home on a schedule aligned with family needs and document all orders and care plans to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes 1:1 client care, ongoing assessments, and precise documentation. BAYADA provides onboarding, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment in a non-profit setting with community impact.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited nursing program and provide transcript or diploma
• Current, active nursing license in good standing in the state

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose to be matched with
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications for a private duty RN:
