AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL seeks a part-time Nursing Manager to lead nursing staff in PCU/ICU, coordinate patient flow, and respond to emergencies. Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience as an assistant nurse manager or nurse manager.
• 2+ years staff nurse experience in PCU and ICU.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate degree in Nursing is required.

• Rounds and assesses units to evaluate conditions, staffing needs, and caregiver support.
• Directs nursing personnel, responds to Code Blue, and manages clinical emergencies.
• Coordinates patient movement and bed assignments, optimizing staffing and resources.
• Acts as nursing administration liaison off-shift, authorizes consent or treatment during admissions, and leads disaster response.
• Fosters exceptional patient experiences through compassionate communication with patients, families, staff, and leadership.

Job Description

Shift: Weekly 6 pm- 6 am

Pay Range

$34.32 - $63.84
