Job summary

BayCare is seeking an RN to provide care for a patient group with minimal supervision, applying the nursing process and standards.

The role includes delegation to team members, maintaining professional accountability, and promoting evidence-based care to achieve clinical excellence. Location is St Anthony's Hospital with a full-time schedule from 7:00pm to 7:00am, every other weekend, with no remote work.

Qualifications

• Certifications and Licensures: BLS, RN license; ACLS if department requires.
• Associate's Diploma or Bachelor's required or preferred for nursing.
• 6+ months RN experience required; new grads may apply to residency program.
