Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an RN (Dayshift) to provide direct nursing care per individualized plan, including med admin, assessments, wound care, and documentation.

This role also involves supervising Nursing Assistants, monitoring patients, and promptly notifying physicians of changes, while maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, active OH RN license or multi-state license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized plan, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants and ensure nursing activities are performed correctly.
• Monitor patients' conditions and notify physicians of any changes.

Required Qualifications:
