Job summary

Clovernook Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift to provide safe, therapeutic resident care from admission to discharge in collaboration with the physician and multidisciplinary team.

You will supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor patient conditions and ensure documentation and care plans are properly followed, while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• Active OH RN license or multi-state license and a current CPR.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory requirements for long-term care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care per resident plan, including med administration, assessments, wound care and documentation.
• Supervises day-to-day nursing activities by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitors patient condition and notifies physician of any change.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be accountable for the delivery of safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge in collaboration with the physician, family, and other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with resident plan of care, including but not limited to medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitors patient's condition and notifies physician of any change.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• A current, unencumbered, active OH RN license or multi-state license and a current CPR.

Skills and Qualities:

• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements that pertain to long-term care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to deal tactfully with a team of inter-disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
