BayCare's Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, FL, seeks an experienced RN to join the Neuro/Stroke team on nights. You will deliver patient care, follow the nursing process, and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and experience with evidence-based practice. This part-time, exempt-not position offers exposure to a high-acuity unit and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active RN license in Florida and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ RN experience in clinical settings.

The Clinical Nurse II responsibilities include:

Delivers care for a group of patients applying the nursing process and clinical standards.

Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

Is responsible for professional accountability and seeks opportunities to develop.

Requirements

Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department

Education

• Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing

Experience

• Required experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse requirements.
