Job summary

UAB Medicine in Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting. You will implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure smooth discharge planning.

A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available for eligible full-time positions. Licensure as an RN by the Alabama Board of Nursing and a Diploma from an accredited nursing program are required.

Job Description

Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing AND professional licensure at time of hire required.
