BayCare Health System is seeking a Department Pool RN at Morton Plant Hospital in Florida. The role involves independent patient care using nursing processes and delegation to the team, with focus on professional accountability and meeting department needs.

Requires RN licensure and BLS; ACLS if specified by department; 18 months of acute care experience is preferred. Shifts run 6:45am–7:15pm with every third weekend.

Qualifications
