Job summary

BayCare Health System's Morton Plant Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to a group of patients with minimal supervision, using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.

The role requires an RN license with BLS and ACLS if required, along with 6+ months of RN experience. Duties include delegation, professional accountability, and promoting clinical excellence in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• RN license and current state nursing license.
• ACLS certification if required by department.
• Associate's or Diploma Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• 6+ months RN experience required; new graduates may apply to residency.
