Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse I at the Laureate Campus in Tulsa, OK. This ECB-status role requires meeting monthly worked hour minimums and involves nursing process-based patient care in a psychiatric/hospital environment.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, document using standard terminology, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support safe discharge and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree.
• Valid Registered Nurse license (multi-state or Oklahoma).
• 0–6 months related experience.
• Knowledge of disease state management, bio-psychosocial model and clinical pathways.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Documents steps of the nursing process with appropriate medical terminology.
