Schedule and Coverage

Monday – Friday with an on‑call rotation. Monday: Infusion Clinic – 7307 S. Revere Parkway, Suite 200, Centennial, CO 80112. Tuesday – Friday: Field visits in the Aurora and Glendale area.

Responsibilities

• Assess all patients assigned and establish and implement the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to policies and procedures addressing the scope of services outlined in both Infusion nursing services, pharmacy services and state laws and regulations.
• Follow INS and IgNS standards of practice, CDC guidelines, scope and standards of practice, and the code of ethics defined by the American Nurses Association.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, sales partners, ordering provider and patient to develop and monitor goals of patients’ therapies.
• Complete patient care documentation in place of service, including patients’ home or AIS.
• Manage vascular access devices, including insertion of peripheral infusion devices and ability to draw labs via peripheral venipuncture.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Evaluate progress toward goals and make recommendations to physicians for changes in the Plan of Care based on patients’ needs.
• Coordinate nursing care with home health and other community agencies as indicated.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as scheduled per branch protocol.
• Complete expense reports monthly, tracking mileage and other miscellaneous incidental expenses.
• Complete annual competencies and mandatory training within assigned due dates.
• Supervisory Responsibility: No.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous infusion and home health care experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in IV therapy preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work a variety of shift models.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; must meet company standards for driving record and age requirement.
• Percentage of Travel: 100% – Regular driving to patient’s homes for visits is required.

Physical Requirements

Must perform continuous sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, crouching, stooping, and typing. Must be able to push/pull and lift/carry 10–30 lbs.

Salary Range

USD $43.00 – $47.00 per hour
