is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You’ll occasionally cover weekends as part of a shared rotation - approximately every fourth weekend.
will have prior RN experience in a hospital setting. Case Management experience is preferred and not required.

The RN Case Manager assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors and evaluates all options and services with the goal of optimizing the patient or member's health status. Manages utilization and practice metrics to further refine the delivery of care model to maximize clinical, quality, and fiscal outcomes.

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
Minimum of 2 years-Nursing (Required)
