Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Glasgow, KY. The RN will deliver 1:1 home-based care, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet MD-directed goals.

Qualifications include an active RN license, 1 year of nursing experience (home health or geriatrics preferred), CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. A $5k sign-on is offered and full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health, geriatrics or related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification

• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
